Healey Learning Centre is a single registered independent special school that delivers education through a network of small, specialist learning centres located across Greater Manchester.
Each learning centre forms part of one integrated school, operating under the same leadership, governance, safeguarding arrangements, curriculum and workforce structure. This ensures consistent standards of education, care and support across all locations.
Our multi-centre model allows pupils to learn in smaller, carefully designed environments while benefiting from the expertise, stability and oversight of a unified school.

Placement and Access
Pupils are placed at the learning centre that best meets their individual needs, compatibility and support requirements.
Placement within Healey Learning Centre is part of a unified school pathway. Where appropriate, transitions between learning centres may be planned to support pupil development, progression or changing needs.
A Connected School Community
Although based in different locations, all learning centres form part of one school community.
