Whole-School Leadership Team

Healey Learning Centre operates under a single leadership and governance structure across all learning centres.

Overall accountability for educational standards, safeguarding, school improvement and regulatory compliance rests with the Headteacher and senior leadership team, who operate across the whole school rather than within individual locations.

Senior leaders provide cross-site oversight through planned presence, monitoring and quality assurance activity, ensuring consistent standards, shared professional practice and unified leadership across all learning centres. Heads of Learning Centre contribute to whole-school leadership processes and share responsibility for standards and pupil outcomes across the school.

Each learning centre has operational leadership to support day-to-day provision, but all leaders form part of one integrated whole-school leadership structure with shared responsibility for pupil outcomes across the school.
